In the meantime a reminder of what I am expecting from you on Tuesday.
- ALL TEEN REPRESENTATION ESSAYS - see blog below for title.
- These should be a minimum of 600 words to a maximum of 1500.
As well as this you should be working on your Black Hollywood case study: start some research into a particular area as identified in Monday's lesson.
You could for example look at the relationship between Hollywood and the race riots in the 1960's. Or look at how African American directors handle race issues. The rise of the black movie star - the stereotype of black roles in movies including contemporary films.
The choice is yours.
Finally, you should also be thinking about MEST4 and those who I haven't yet seen, should have some ideas to discuss in Monday's tutorial.

essay is already done but im not sure if it is all right and representation of black hollywood actors is also done but was unsure what kind of information was needed on there. all my work is on my weebly website
I have already finished the essay,although I'm not quite sure if I have done enough to answer the question as it is really broad due to the fact that Media alone tackles the 3 platforms (it encompases different elements and aspects).
I have also done my research about Black representation and I have chosen to research about Early Hollywood and How blck were represented.
All of my works were posted in my weebly website.
