For those of you who didn't make the lessons here is brief recap on what we did Tues P3&4.
Screeening: La Haine (to be completed Friday 5&6)
Resources: critical essay and commentary on La Hain including some specific questions.
Homework: Individual analysis of the main characters exploring their role in the film and how they are portrayed through camera, sound and mise en scene. Why are these three characters placed centraly in the film? What is their purpose and effect? How do these specific representations draw on the SHEP contaxt to the film? Why is the film in B&W - what effect does this have on the audience?
This HW is to be posted on the BLOG - evidence that the BLOG is being used by all and that all of you have signed up and understand how to use it.
So much to think about.
For Friday we will be screening the rest of the film and moving on to preparing pod casts on the film in which we focus on indiviuals characters and learn the skills in creating podcast.
Completed podcast will be posted.

Don't leave your homework as a comment as there sin't enough space for that, post it instead - using new post and it will appear on the fron of the blog. However, this time I think just email it to me and yourself in advance and if possible bring a copy in to work on in the lesson.
