Please find today's presentation as promised. You will need to check at the end of it for the Home study which I am expecting from you.

A gentle warning, after half term we will need to focus once again on representations and I will be looking for you to build your own case studies around at least one of these. This will lead to some essay writing in November in addition to your CI. This increase in work load is necessary and you must expect it to increase further still in the spring.

I am minded to explore two representations from the following list and we have good resources to do this. What I would like to know from you is which preferences you have. You will see from the course handbook that we have a good selection of resources for Black Hollywood and Disability but I would like you to also consider the following which may appeal.

Vampires - in movies and TV
Gangsters - in movies and TV
9/11 - across platforms
The Holocaust - across platforms
The City of London - in movies and TV
Africa - across platforms
